  Hi I was wondering if its possible to receive a refund on a theme?
  I can’t figure it out.

  If you purchased a premium theme from WordPress.com from Dashboard > Store then “yes” you can get a refund for it.
  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can usually request a premium theme refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
