    hello i canceled my plan and asked for refund … i didn’t get the refund either …

    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it? Which upgrade was purchased?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased? When was the refund requested?

    Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.     We offer a 30 day refund on all upgrades on WordPress.com.

    You bought your plan on 27 June. You only cancelled it on 8 August, which is more than 30 days. If you had contacted us immediately we might still have been able to refund it, but at this point it’s been more than two months since the upgrade was bought and a month since you cancelled it, and it cannot be refunded any more.

    its about 41 days … when i bought the domain there wasn’t wrote that refund is only 30 days … 11 days more … i am a simple student why are you taking my money away from me .. that is not correct

  • It’s not 41 days. 27 June to 6 September is more than 2 months, or 67 days to be precise. And our refund policy is clearly published on several pages in our support section and on the plans page where you added the upgrade.
