Refund a new account because it is not the right one

  I signed up for a wordpress.com account a couple of days ago but was informed this is primarily for bloggers. I need to have a website with free plug ins and was told wordpress.org is what I should have. How do I get a refund for the first website?

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade.

  However, WordPress.com is absolutely for creating sites as well as blogs. If you want to install plugins on WordPress.com, you will need the Business Plan:
