refund account

    Hello,

    I’ve subscribed to premium account (90$) but i wanted a refund. It said that i’ll have the refund in 10-15 business days but i don’t have anything on my account yet…

    It’s normal ?

    @speissranger The refund was processed quite some time ago. Sometimes those will show up right away, other times they can take a while to appear on your account. Unfortunately we don’t have any control over the routing time.

    Can you check in with your bank to see whether this was listed as refunded or just voided, or whether it’s been routed properly?
