  Hello,
  I am hoping to cancel my account and get a refund. I am just not ready at this time to make my website. What are the steps I need to take?

  How long ago did you purchase a WordPress.com plan? If it was less than 30 days ago see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

  The account you’ve written to us from has never made any purchases. Do you remember which site you were billed for? Please share the URL. With that information we can assess the possibility of a refund.
