Refund after 30 days?

  Hi, I need refund for Dynamic News template I bought for the oshomeditace.wordpress.com. We needed to move the site to wordpress.org and I missed 30 days period because of holidays. Is there any option? I will by the template again for wordpress.org, I love it.
