Refund after auto renewel

Hey, my hosting was cancelled last year and I have no site now and I thought the WordPress premier had been cancelled too but it has auto renewed and charged me 129 AUD. I’ve followed the directions to cancel but in my account under manage purchases it just says ‘no site’ and there’s no ‘cancel purchase’ option?

I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
