Refund after cancelled upgrade

    On March 19, 2021 I cancelled my WordPress.com Premium upgrade, but I did not receive the refund – although the confirmation email about the cancellation said that it takes 7–10 business days. I paid with credit card.

    Among the WordPress Purchases I see the receipt of the refund.

    Hi there:

    You would need to contact your bank to get the status of that refund. The Transaction ID on your receipt should give them something to cross reference on their end and see what the status is of that refund. We’ve already sent the funds there, so we don’t have any ability to see what the status is now.
