  I Paid USD99 for the premium plan however my reciept states that only USD86 will be refunded why is that so

  Cancelling the plan only triggered a partial refund — I’ve just refunded the remaining $13 to you. You’ve now been fully refunded for the plan.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
