Refund amount not processed

    Hi,

    A few days back I had a chat with one of your experts regarding the refund of amount INR 4150 /-. But the refund hasn’t been processed yet.

    Wanted to know when will it happen?

    Hi porwaldivya2506,

    I’ve checked your account and a 4,150 ₹ refund was successfully sent on 27th June 2019. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to arrive, although international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer. Please contact your bank if it hasn’t arrived after 10 working days and they should be able to confirm how long processing will take on their end — this varies between banks.

    You can provide them with the transaction ID from the refund receipt but please do not share that information on these public forums.
