    Hello –

    I see that there was a $13 domain mapping refund initiated on 11/20/2016. Typically, refunds only take up to about 7 business days to post back into your account.

    Have you been in touch with your bank to inquire about any delays on their end?

    I am also checking with our payments team to verify that the refund processed successfully from our side of things.

    I have checked with them there was no refund.

    Thank you for the update.

    I have heard back from our payments team and they mentioned that the refund could be a bit delayed because it is an international refund. Also, your bank may be listing it as reversal and not a credit to your account, making it more difficult to locate on your statements. The refund was successfully processed by us on 11/20/16.
