Refund and abuse from your company

My suscription is May 2017 to May 2018 and today your company just charge to my paypall account when our company plan is move to wordpress.org as .com is not working good for us, but now when i asked for the refund through paypal, you had decided to cancel the service of wordpress.com when still I have the right to get the services online until the end of Abril as I pay for it, I payed 12 months, so you dont have any right to cancel my account in this moment.
