refund and account closure

  I would like a refund and account closure please. I am very tired that there is not a straight forward identifiable way to get a clear refund. I have been going round and round and round.

  I need a refund please.

  I see that the refunds under your account processed back on Saturday. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
