  I’m showing that the WordPress Personal plan for the account you’re logged into renewed April 14, 2021 was cancelled and refunded in full on April 16, 2021. There haven’t been any charges to your account since then.

  If you have a more recent charge, enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
