refund and cancel account

Last year we purchased WordPress Premium and quickly canceled the auto-renewal. This year we’ve been billed for it again, to the paypal account linked to (email visible only to moderators and staff). We disputed the charges and the dispute has been resolved, PayPal finding that the payment was not unauthorized, so we may have improperly canceled the renewal. The email we received to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (the WordPress email) said that WordPress is able to issue the refund once the dispute has been resolved. Has the refund been issued? If not, please do so and cancel the account. If possible, we would appreciate a reply to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you for your time, and a year of great web domain hosting.

Our billing team has already refunded your payment. If you paid directly via PayPal it’s possible the funds are already returned to your account with them, else you should receive it within the next 10 business days.
