Refund and cancel my account.

Signed up last year and had cancelled the account but just been deducted £51.00. how can I cancel and get my refund. Thank you

Hi @tommaglaras300, no worries, we can help with a refund. We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:

The account that you’ve used to post here has never made any purchases. There’s not a refund on the account for us to evaluate. This means that the purchase was made on a different WordPress.com account.
With out knowing the account involved, my suggestion is to reach our payments team directly. You can do that through the blue,

It can’t find me because its a £51 charge but you can only input Dollars (I tried putting it in as $67.20). Is there not someone I can just speak with this is starting to get annoying.

Do you have the emailed receipt that we sent as a notification of the charge? On that, it will mention which site you were billed for. With that information I can find the account in question to review the refund.
Otherwise, you’ll want to try using the
contact supportlink on the right hand side of https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. For the amount, try using $48.
