i want refund and cancel my purchased domain. im so desperate with this new domain i just purchased already. i want to refund and cancel

Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain bumkeyk.net it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using bumkeyk.net again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel and instead point bumkeyk.net to your new webhost using these instructions:
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

i don’t want to cancel it to be honest, but i’m so desperate about updating my domain’s name servers. i tried it but it always failed and it made me upset. i don’t know if i did it wrong because when i checked on whois, it said the domain name doesn’t exist.
please help :'(

yes i did. when i checked it on validate domain it says:
– it looks like bumkeyk.net has expired.
– It looks like the domain bumkeyk.net has not been registered. -
So, for whatever reason, it appears that the domain was not registered successfully. We have a couple options here:
1. I can refund your payment and you can register the domain elsewhere.
2. We can get it straightened out and registered here. You can then use it at WordPRess.com or use the instructions I posted earlier to point to any other webhost you wish to use.

okay, lets get this straightened out and registered here at wordpress.com, i don’t want to move (again) to any other web host.
please help me fix it. this account means a lot to me.

Okay, you should be able to register bumkeyk.net again. I have added $26 in credits to your WordPress.com account so you will not be charged for registration.
To register a domain, simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, click “register a new domain name”, enter bumkeyk.net in the box and click the “go” button. Then just follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.
