Refund and cancel purchase

    I would like a refund. I can’t find any way on your dashboard to cancel my account. There are no purchases listed or billing methods so when I went to cancel my account – couple weeks ago I thought it was complete. I do not use this service and do not want to pay for it any longer. Please help!!

    I have submitted a ticket because my account was charged $114 for this account:

    I would like this money refunded to my PayPal account and for my WordPress account to be deactivated immediately.

    I am truly confused about what is happening here.

    I was charged for the following:

    WordPress.com Premium for http://anaistoday.wordpress.com
    Domain registration for anais.today

    here is my payment information via PayPal:

    Like you said, when I log into my account – there are no purchases for this account. When inputed the transaction details into your https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – It found my charges and directed me to login into my account and cancel them in the purchases section… BUT THERE ARE NO purchases!!!!

    I just want to cancel this account and get my money refunded within the four days.

    If there are no purchases in this ameliadalton account then that site must be connected to a different account. You need to log out from this account so you’re able to reach the correcct account instead.

    As @themagicrobot wrote, your domain is connected to a different account. You need to log out from ameliadalton, and log back in with the correct email address.

    If you don’t remember that one, please use the Account Recovery form from the previous reply.
