Refund and Cancel subscription

    Good morning

    I received an email on the 1st of October that my subscription will be renewed. I immediately email support the same day with the following message. ‘I have closed my business due to COVID last year and I don’t want to renew my subscription. Please can you confirm via email that you accept my cancelation?’
    Yet you have deducted the money from my credit card which I do not have to repay back into my credit card. Please can you refund me and cancel my account.
    Your assistance would be greatly be appreciated.

    Hi @amirudra789 thanks for your help here. Since I didn’t see it, I added the modlook tag for staff attention, as it mentions in our guide to volunteering: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-com-volunteers/#when-to-call-in-staff
