  I need a refund on my account and a cancellation. I don’t remember what email or the web link I used to create the account but I’m currently being charged on my CC

  Hi @andrewlee295, since you don’t have any details except the charge on your account, can you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for?

  Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
