  I cancelled my subscription and I need to make sure it is cancelled and when I am getting the refund mentioned in your email?

  Hi! I can see it was refunded on Sunday and just needs a few days to route back to your bank. You’ll want to allow up to 10 business days, but typically you’ll have it sooner than that. I’ll also send your ARN info by email so you can contact your bank to look up the charge if needed.
