Refund and Cancellation

    I was charged $420 and traced it back to this account. I was unaware that my account was set to auto-renew – without even a heads up that a charge was coming. Especially such a large one! I’ve used the contact form, but was only sent a receipt and want to cancel this account, as well as a refund for a service I don’t use.
    It’s a really big amount that’s been charged and can’t afford it. Please help!
