  How do I get a refund on my account and cancel my domain

  I made a domain a year ago called thethingsidontknow, however i never used it and they are recharging my account now for another year however i can’t find the domain anymore, or any evidence of how they charged me

  Hi there,

  The username, thethingsidontknow, does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and we have no credit card details on file for that account that we could possibly charge.

  You mention you have a domain. Please provide the exact domain so I can look up the correct account in our system. “thethingsidontknow” is not a domain – a domain always have a second part like .com, .org, .net, etc.
