  I want to cancel my subscription. I received a partial return, how do I get a return for the rest and cancel?

  Hi,

  Purchases made on WordPress.com can be cancelled and refunded during the refund period.

  As you have mentioned that you have already received partial refund. Please note that, after processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Hi, just noting if you register a domain, we only have two days to cancel that, because we’re no longer able to simply “release” the domain and get our costs back.

  Noting too, you would not be able to register the domain again anywhere else, either.

  Here’s what I recommend: Reply to your “user delete” email and ask us to restore your account, so that we can help restore the domain to your account. That way it will be available for use with a new host, and you’ll have its full registration for the year. Thanks!
