Refund and domain name??!!?

Hello, i cancelled my account and i received this message:

The extension has not been canceled and refunded. There was a problem with the refund of your payment. Please contact support.

I try to get the support but i cannot find a phone number or a email of a technician who can help me with that issue.

Can you do something about it?

I already tagged this thread with modlook in the sidebar tags for Staff attention. Now you need to patiently wait for Staff to respond to all threads tagged for them before I tagged this one. Then they will reply to you here.

If you are asking about catherinebelanger.com – it is not registered with WordPress.COM so they can’t do anything with or about that name’s registration

The staff check the forums and see what the response has been to their answers – I would expect staff-ozmodiar to check this thread later – but I don’t know his schedule

Looking at domain mapping and domain registration it looks to me like a cancel is in process – but staff-ozmodiar can check your account status

Your domain was cancelled. Please note it may take up to a week or longer to register the same domain elsewhere, but even then there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to. It’s up to the registrar.
