Refund and lost username

  Hello,
  I have 2 problems:
  – I was charged for another account than this one, 96 euros for a contract renewal that I have absolutely not requested and for which I want a refund (for the welcomegreen.wordpress.com site)
  – I cannot find either an e-mail address or a username to access this site … the form to help us does not work (‘You should be able to recover your account simply by filling out the lost password form with the email address you’ ve provided. Please check your spam folder for the reset email.
  If you still can’t log in after another reset attempt and checking your spam folder, please resubmit the form below and we’ll try to lend a hand. ’Which also does not work after refresh)

  I don’t know what to do anymore … I hope you can help me,

  Please follow our account recovery process to regain access to the correct account. Then we can help you cancel and refund your upgrades:

  Recover your account

  But we cannot issue a refund for upgrades belonging to a different account at your request, and we cannot verify your ownership of the other account here in the public forums.

  Hi,
  Thanks for your help.

  I already tried this form, they said “The receipt does not appear to be valid” but I used the transaction ID I had on my bank receipt AND in the wordpress mail from the “Why I was charged?” form….So it’s correct..
