To provide context, I made a formal request for a refund following the permanent deletion of my website by your Trust & Safety team, citing the sale of tobacco products as the reason. It is crucial to note that I am authorized to sell tobacco in my country, and I had specifically inquired about any restrictions prior to purchasing the subscription.
Not only has my website been taken down without warning, but I am also unable to use the live chat function to seek assistance. This treatment from your customer support team is wholly unsatisfactory and leaves me feeling neglected and mistreated.
I urgently demand a response to my refund request and a resolution to this matter. It is imperative that someone from your team contacts me promptly to address this issue.
