refund and problem

    Hello,

    My site marquitawaters.wordpress.com has been private . I paid last year and it auto paid for this year for the site.
    I have my domain with GoDaddy and they signed me up for a 3 year term just yesterday.

    Can I have a refund of the $300 I paid at the beginning of this year and apply the 3 year term I just signed with GoDaddy for $251.64 to start this year please?

    I would really appreciate your help with this as no use of the site has been made and I am just now having the website put up to be active.

    My temporary name for the site now through GoDaddy is vvn.0b3.myftpupload.com
    It will be marquitawaters.com as soon as the coders are ready to put the site up.

    It looks like the upgrade for the site marquitawaters.wordpress.com is tied to a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise.

    GoDaddy is a separate company from WordPress.com so any purchases made in one company would not be applicable to the other. Additionally, most subscriptions can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, which includes WordPress.com annual plans. You can read more about our refund policy here:

    Since the renewal was paid on December 1, 2022, it’s outside our refund window.
