Refund and reacquiring my “parked” domain

    hello,

    I tried to start a website (first time) and I’m not sure how to navigate through the process but I got the domain I was looking for and got the explorer package for 1 year. Then the WordPress tools were too complicated so I wanted to refund the hosting service part but keep my domain.

    I only got refunded a portion of my investment and I got my domain parked?

    Can I get help with reacquiring my domain so I can host somewhere else and get refunded the appropriate amount. I don’t mind paying for the domain part Ofcourse
