Refund annual subscription

    With reference to above subject, I have cancelled annual subscription
    on Aug 5, 2020, 10:29 PM and still haven’t credit my bank account. So I will request you to look in this matter and provide updates at an earliest.

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
