Refund application

Hi, recently I purchased a two items from the wordpress.com. After that I realised that it does not suit the nature of the work and I have declared cancellation and opt for refund. However, I deleted my card after I canceled it. So may I ask if I am still able to get my refunds?

We can only issue refunds to the same card or PayPal account as was used to pay. However, your bank or credit card company should have processes in place to ensure that you still receive your refund in a case like this. I suggest you follow up with them to find out how they handle this. You can also provide them the transaction IDs for the refunds that appear on the refund receipts to help them follow up with our payment processor:
