I am starting another forum because the last staff is not replying to my posts. I requested a full refund on FEb.26. Please process back to my credit card.

If you’d like to keep the domain, I can issue a partial refund for you in the amount of $73 CAD.
If you no longer want the domain, I can cancel it for you and issue the full $99 refund. However, this would mean you’d risk having someone else purchase the domain, so you might not ever get to own it again.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

So what does that mean? How much will I get back, did you process the refund, and will my domain be cancelled?
And your staff from before said he can refund the full amount, so you should refund the full amount as that is what your staff said let me know what you need so you can view that forum

Why are here asking Volunteers when you are already in contact with Staff and have their email address? Posting here makes no sense at all. Contact Staff directly via the email address you already have please.

There is no phone number. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
Don’t bump your support forum threads and don’t keep emailing Staff because it’s not in your best interest to do that. Doing that moves the timestamps forward on support threads and/or on emails and it takes longer to get help.

But will they refund me, even after they have read it 30 days after I’ve purchased it? BEcause I posted within the 30 days. I am getting super frustrated and just worried that they will not refund me. Frustrating I cannot call anyone and that they are fricken slow as turtles replying for such a big company

Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades – not in the forum

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
