  Hi there! I was charged for a months worth of service. I DESPERATELY NEED this to be refunded and the account CLOSED!!
  I have recently become in horrible living conditions and have my daughter. As silly as this sounds that measly $10 was to help with groceries this week. PLEASE REFUND!!!
