Refund assistance

    I am following directions from your team to get a refund for my last unauthorized purchase and cannot complete the process without your help. according to your instructions
    ‘Click on the “Cancel” link at the bottom of the page. If the link says “Remove” rather than “Cancel”, your purchase is ineligible for a refund.’

    Well, my page says ‘Remove’

    Please help!

    I just received notice from PayPal that my account was charged $300. I canceled my WordPress subscription and have not used your service since January 2024. I also canceled reoccurring charges before I did that. Please reimburse my PayPal account immediately as this fraudulent charge was not authorized.

    I understand that you are requesting a refund for the recent renewal of your Creator plan for the website https://uncommonmedicine.com/. You have also mentioned that you are no longer using the website.

    At WordPress.com, we offer a 14-day refund window for annual plan purchases or renewals and a 4-day refund window for domain purchases or renewals. Since you renewed Creator plan from us on April 17, 2024, you are eligible for a refund in this case.

    To cancel your plan or domain, please follow these steps:

    Visit https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ (Make sure you are login to WordPress.com account using the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) )
    Select which purchase to cancel.

    Hi there!

    It looks like you disputed the payment with your payment service provider (bank/card issuer), which means we can’t refund the transaction from our end, as the payment service provider holds the amount while they conduct their investigation.

    I noticed you have an open ticket with us. To avoid duplicating efforts, I replied to the email. Please reply to the email so that we can keep all communication in the same place.
