Refund automatically by WordPress without an approval of the customers

  Hi WordPress, my two-year business plan is atomatically refunded without asking to the customers. I have come to my bank office but as the provider please clarify this

  Hi there,

  Please be patient while waiting for a reply via email from our billing support team – I see you have already submitted multiple support tickets to them. Sending multiple tickets like that only makes it take longer to get a reply, so please stop opening new support requests and just wait for a reply from them.

  We cannot help with this issue in the public support forums, so I’m closing this thread to further replies.
