Refund bank charges

WordPress pulled an auto payment out without my permission. This in turn cost me a bank fee. How do I get WordPress to refund the bank fee and WHY IS THERE NOT A EMAIL OR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR THIS SORT OF ISSUE???????????

WordPress.com does not provide phone support. With a paid upgrade plan, you have access to live chat and email. Otherwise, you are routed here to the forums.

We sent you an email on November 6 to warn of the upcoming renewal. If you didn’t receive it, your email provider might have sent it to the spam folder.
If you withdraw the dispute you filed against us with your bank we can help you cancel your domain and refund the renewal payment if you no longer want to use the domain. However, we do not refund bank charges incurred by a renewal payment.
If you decide not to withdraw the dispute you should be aware that you will only receive a refund once and if our payment processor concludes their investigation into the dispute in your favor, which can take around 8 to 12 weeks. Your site will also be locked until you pay the chargeback fee to restore it. You can view our full policy on chargebacks and disputes here:
All WordPress.com upgrades renew annually, and automatic renewal is enabled by default. This is stated in our documentation, and in the Terms of Service you agreed to both when creating your account and when purchasing the upgrade.
