  Hi,

  I had asked for all of my services to be canceled and refunded. The cancellations were processed but I haven’t seen the refunds yet. Can you advise when I should expect the refund?

  Hi!
  You can find here info regarding refunds : https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/
  And by looking at FAQs I found that after processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
