Refund/Billing

    Hi!

    I deleted 2 users, one was a while ago and I never noticed a pro-rated refund for that license, and I just deleted another that was billed the day before. I didn’t think it was being billed until later, or I would’ve deleted it prior to that day. This is my second time reaching out.

    Hi there!

    I understand you intended to cancel one of the licenses before the Google Workspace subscription renewal took place. However, once the renewal goes through with two licenses, a partial refund cannot be issued even if you cancel one of the licenses.

    This is a Google policy, and we’ll have to pay them for both of the licenses that were active during renewal. You’ll be charged for one license at the next renewal, and until then, you can use the additional license to assign a new user. Just make sure to delete the extra (second) user before the next renewal so that you are charged for one license only.
