Refund business plan

  Hi, I’ve cancelled my business plan but will I be refunded. I want to close my account. Thank you

  Hello

  1) To get the refund please refer to this Support page here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#how-to-get-a-refund

  Note that After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement

  2) To close the account please follow the steps mentioned here: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  Note that if your site has an upgraded Business plan it needed to be downgraded first and it that may result in the loss of any content created with plugins. Please take a backup if needed.

  @taiodulate: It looks like you were only issued a partial refund of £15.00 for some reason even though you were inside our refund policy window.

  I went ahead and refunded the remaining £27.00 today. Please note it may take 7-10 days after the refund for the credit to show up in your bank account, so you’ll see two different refunds eventually.
