refund button will not work!

    Please Cancel the “Collective” domain theme that was unused and unwieldy. Even worse your “cancel and Refund” instant link would not work no matter how many times I tried to use it! Of course no one can reach you so this will have to serve as my request and I will let my bank know everything I tried to ask you to honor your 30 day refund before the dead line! This is dated October 14, 2014 at 2:20PM I expect the theme to be cancelled expediently and wonder if we will ever try again!
