Refund by full amount

  I was recently refunded 22,00 USD for the cancellation of my 48,00 USD subscription. Why was I not refunded the full amount? How can I refund the full amount?

  Hi –

  The difference is for the domain registration of zeynepnazinansal.com. What are you plans for the domain moving forward?

  If you want to cancel it permanently I can do that and then issue the rest of the refund.

  But, if there’s any chance that you’ll want to use it again in in the future we should ensure that it stays registered in your name.

  I would like to cancel the domain registiration and receive the rest of the refund as well.

  I thought I already cancelled the domain from the settings, if not please do so.

  I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
