refund / cancel automatic withdrawal (USD 18.00)

    $18 was withdrawn from WordPress yesterday (October 7).
    When I asked the bank, the payment was automatically withdrawn from WordPress.

    I am not sure what ID I am currently subscribed to and automatic withdrawal is being made.

    I heard that it is being paid automatically with my bank card, and I am not using it.

    I want to cancel the automatic withdrawal.

    Please contact me quickly.

    My main concern now is to ask for Refund of my payment and also cancel the automatic withdrawal $18 .

    I don’t see any upgrades in the account you’re using to post here.

    Based on the amount this is a renewal payment for a domain, but you bought that upgrade via a different account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
