  Hello, have just been emailed to say my domain/hosting has auto renewed for thefragilebrain.com.

  Am somewhat confused as thought I had set not to so this and had just been emailed to say I still had 30 days.

  Could I please cancel this and have a refund? I intend to host with you in the future, but not at this time.

  It doesn’t seem like there’s any active subscription on the account that you’re reaching us from. Can you let me know the domain name that just renewed?

  Either that, or you can also reply to this thread from the account where the domain has been purchased.
