refund/ cancelation/ account is still active

    I cancelled and was eligible for a refund. the account still shows as up. I went to cancel it again. It let me but does not show a refund is due but that the account will continue until 2028

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I have checked your account and can confirm that a full refund has been issued after you canceled the plan. The refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account, and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
     
    If you haven’t received the refund even after the said time, let us know, and we’ll take a look.
