But we read that if you cancel the domain within the 48 hours after the registration they give you back the money. It isn’t true?

The refund should credit back to what you originally used to buy the upgrade. I think I have seen the number 4 to 6 days for the refund – but the staff will give you a real answer today

Hi, I’m logged now with another username because the other one is now invalid and I don’t know why
It’s been more than one month from the cancelation and we don’t recive yet the refund. I hope the staff will write us soon.

We purchased the 99$ WordPress Value Bundle with the jalaka username and the (email visible only to moderators and staff) mail adress. We cancel it the same day because we thought we buy alhalaqadotcom3.wordpress.com domain and it was not what we wanted. We already don’t get back the money yet for it and it is what we are claiming for.
Last thuesday finally, we buy alhalaqa.com, and we realize that what we buy before was the 99$ WordPress Value Bundle not the domain.
What can we do now? we will get back the money? can we keep the bundle but with this new username alhalaka and the domain alhalaqa.com?Thanks and excuse me, I don’t know how it works!

There is no way to transfer the bundle, but I have canceled and refunded it for you.
You can now re-purchase it under the correct account.

Hello everybody, I am trying to cancel my subscription but there isn’t a cancel button on my dashboard->My Upgrades. What should I do?
It is still within 48 hours since I got the subscription and I do not want to lose my refund. I am going in circles trying to cancel it, is it intentional?

The wordpress is a great tool but, after using it I realised it is not exactly what I need, it will not fit for my purpose.
