I’ve been using your services quite a long time and just bought a Premium service today.
Thank you for sending me the great coupon code which get me 50% off.
However, after I got this premium service about an hour ago, I accidentally cancelled it and got refunded (42 pounds). I am very regretful for making this mistake.
Would you be able to cancel my refund again? I would love to use the premium service back. Please let me know if it is available for you.

Since the refund has already been processed you’ll need to purchase the plan again. You can use the same discount code as it’s still valid.

However that is the problem. I tried to subscribe the premium membership again with the same discount code but it doesn’t seem valid anymore, this doesn’t work so I wanted to be sure if the wordpress could just cancel my refund..? Would that be possible? Or could I find another way to get a discount code again – I received this coupon from the wordpress via email about 2 days ago.

We can’t cancel the refund, but you can go ahead and purchase the plan at the regular price. Just let us know here once you’ve done that and we’ll refund the difference :)
