Refund / cancellation of domain + site

  Hello,
  I have used wordpress for a while now. however I no longer require it; is it possible to get a refund on the remaining time / subscription period? (Domain / site renewed in August 2019 I believe.)

  Unfortunately, you are now outside of the refund window. For initial domain registrations, the time frame to receive a refund is 96 hours. All other purchasable upgrades and renewals have a 30 day refund window. For more information on refund policy, please visit our support page:
