Hi.
You sold your product as having full customization for premium. I was stupid and believed that meant I could upload full HTML customization. My bad. I cancelled my order in less than an hour. I was told I would get a full refund. I paid $99 and only got $73 back. Where is my $26?
I cancelled my domain with you guys. It was my name. I need that domain. I cancelled it in less than an hour. Where is my refund. Where is my cancellation? How can I use that domain on a real website. Please. I’ve been working on this website for months. I’m just trying to have a website so I can apply to grad school.
It’s fucking ridiculous that immediately after deleting my premium account I lose support. In the email it says contact support if I’m not refunded. But guess what. I can’t do that because you take it away and instead redirect me to a FAQ page.
Please help. This is ridiculous. I messed up but I need this website and domain.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry for the strong language but I am just very frustrated. Losing customer support after cancelling premium and than getting an email saying “if you haven’t received a refund please contact support” is so infuriating.

Hi everyone! I managed to find a form to fill out for financial issues and while there was able to access a live chat! Everything is fixed! Sorry for being rude it just get’s frustrating sometimes!
