Refund/ charge

  Hi! I spoke with someone last night about refunding/ cancelling my fee for the auto-renewal. I can see the charge that was made on my credit card on Jan 22 for $447.48. I was told last night it would be refunded. But they I just saw another charge last night on my credit card for the same amount again – so now I have two charges….could you please help look into this?

  Hi there!

  I just checked your account and noticed that the most recent payment of C$447.48 has since been refunded. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Please note that we didn’t receive any payments last night (or in February). Are you sure the recent notification you received wasn’t actually the refund itself?

  Please contact your bank/card issuer to find out more about this. As far as we can check, we charged you this amount only once and it has since been refunded.
