Refund Charge to Expired Credit Card

    Hello,

    On June 21, 2024 WordPress erroneously charged my domain mapping subscription to an expired credit card. Because this credit card is expired, I no longer check it anymore which caused the payment to become delinquent and my credit score to plummet, right before I am planning to get a mortgage and buy a house. The bank says the only way they can reverse the delinquent payment report to the credit bureaus is if the merchant reverses the charge.

    Can you please refund the June 2024 domain mapping subscription charge and place the charge on my updated, active payment method instead? I am begging for your help with this. Note that I own the domain separately through GoDaddy, not WordPress, so reversing the charge does not create an ownership issue. I simply need the charge linking this domain to my WordPress account refunded and placed on a different, not-expired card.
